About the Role
As a Clinical Supervisor at True Team Medical, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our Richmond, VA office. This includes managing case assignments, maintaining community partnerships, conducting initial assessments, and providing crisis monitoring and tracking. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

**Responsibilities Include:**
  1. Manages case assignment for team members
  2. Maintains community partnerships with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and access to services
  3. Conducts initial assessments when necessary
  4. Maintains regular contact with individuals served and referring professionals
  5. Routinely solicits feedback on service satisfaction
  6. Provides crisis monitoring and tracking, including aftercare reviews
  7. Attends court hearings or client-related meetings as needed
  8. Directly supervises assigned staff members
  9. Participates in onboarding, hiring, and interviewing new clinical staff members
  10. Conducts performance reviews no less than annually
  11. Accounts for staff productivity and weekly time card reviews
  12. Responds timely to all communication
  13. May provide direct clinical services to individuals served
