Compensation: $13.50 per hour with flexible pay options

Qualifications for a Community Support Specialist:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: A minimum of six months in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
  • Skills: Experience as a caregiver, direct support professional, or in similar roles is advantageous.
