About the Role

The Cavco Family of Companies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Processing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our processing team, you will play a vital role in supporting our District Sales Managers and Builders by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Processing: Process orders for pricing and creation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of orders.
  • Order Changes: Process orders and changes as submitted by Builders or DSMs.
  • Production Release: Process orders for release to production.
  • Order Logging: Responsible for logging new orders.
  • Production Schedule: Assist with maintaining production schedule for units ready for release to production.
  • Homeowner Kits: Process and prepare homeowner kits.
  • Document Filing: File documents in customer files.
  • Team Support: Assist the Processing Manager with other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills with Builders and coworkers.
  • Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills due to the volume of communication required with Builders and DSMs.
  • Organizational Skills: Be organized and possess a high level of administrative ability to efficiently manage paperwork.
  • Team Player: Be a team player with a high level of dedication.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
