The Retail Cannabis Advisor manages daily operations within the retail environment while complying with company policies and industry standards.

ABOUT THE TEAM:

Established in 2018 and based in Boca Raton, Florida, Jushi is a fully integrated, multi-state cannabis enterprise that develops and manages upscale retail outlets, premium brands, and advanced cultivation and processing facilities. The company is also pioneering an innovative online platform that is redefining the modern cannabis shopping experience.

Since its inception, Jushi has expanded from a small team to over 1500 employees, operating across seven states, including Pennsylvania, Virginia, Massachusetts, Illinois, California, Nevada, and Ohio. The company has been recognized as one of the top five cannabis employers by industry publications.

Jushi operates numerous retail locations nationwide under the BEYOND / HELLO™ brand, as well as the recently acquired Nature's Remedy brand. The company is committed to delivering an unparalleled in-store experience, complemented by online reservations and express pickup options.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour, plus tips

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Uphold the company’s mission and core values while demonstrating high ethical standards and professionalism.
  • Deliver exceptional and accurate customer service by addressing inquiries and directing concerns appropriately.
  • Conduct guided tours of the sales area, providing product recommendations based on thorough knowledge of available offerings.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of customer benefits, discounts, and promotions, encouraging membership sign-ups.
  • Follow product handling protocols, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
  • Keep the retail space organized and clean by restocking items and maintaining sanitation standards.
  • Operate the cash register and manage the point-of-sale system efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting compliance deadlines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in a retail setting.
  • Strong computer, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities in both phone and in-person interactions.
  • Occasional local travel may be required.
  • Frequent desk-based computer tasks and sitting; occasional standing, walking, and lifting of up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to perform tasks that may involve bending, kneeling, or squatting.
