About the Job:

Ohana Cannabis Co. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cannabis Consultant to join our team at our new storefront dispensary in Santa Cruz, California.

Job Summary:

As a Cannabis Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers about our products, and building strong relationships with our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for every guest
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their benefits
  • Build strong relationships with customers and staff
  • Anticipate and address customer needs and concerns
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements:
  • 21 years of age and a valid government-issued ID
  • Consent to a background check
  • Provide required documentation for employment in the U.S.
  • Available to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • High degree of personal ownership and accountability
  • Strong problem-solving, customer service, and interpersonal skills
