Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate unit staffing to ensure adequate coverage and effective patient care.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing and support staff to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve clinical objectives and improve patient outcomes.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to promote growth and development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and services.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing.
  • Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire date.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification preferred.
