We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team at LPC Personnel. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
  • Engage with prospects to qualify their interest and need for our products/services.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with qualified leads.
  • Maintain a detailed record of calls and appointment status in the company CRM.
  • Follow up with leads that have shown interest but have not yet scheduled appointments.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly appointment-setting targets.
  • Handle customer objections and provide information about our services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from lead to appointment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email, etc.).
  • A positive and persistent attitude.
