IC - Implementation Coordinator
Role Overview
Ezee Fiber is seeking an experienced IC - Implementation Coordinator to coordinate the installation of various products and services for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the installation of voice and data services for clients, communicating with clients to schedule installation appointments and provide updates on progress, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are available for installation, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient installation, providing training and support to clients on the use of installed products and services, maintaining accurate records of installation schedules and progress, and resolving any issues or concerns related to installation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the installation of voice and data services for clients
  • Communicate with clients to schedule installation appointments and provide updates on progress
  • Ensure all necessary equipment and materials are available for installation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient installation
  • Provide training and support to clients on the use of installed products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of installation schedules and progress
  • Resolve any issues or concerns related to installation
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Installation Coordinator or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
