Job Description

Village Green is a leading multifamily management company seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our apartment communities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving company and client budget objectives, supervising marketing, leasing, administrative, and maintenance functions, and ensuring exceptional resident and landlord relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage property budgets and financials to ensure profitability and compliance with company and client requirements
  • Supervise and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality community standards
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive leasing and retention goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives
  • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by the Area Director

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing 600+ unit properties
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience
