We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a trusted advisor and valuable member of our team, you will provide creative solutions to complex problems and support critical programs across the contracts life cycle in support of our Intelligence Sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and administer contracts with the U.S. Government and subcontracts with large and small business prime contractors across the breadth of contract types.
  • Review and analyze solicitations for potential risks and suggested proposal strategies, including compliance with requirements and recommended pricing approach.
  • Provide advice and counsel to account leadership on contractual matters, including regulatory and corporate policy compliance requirements, risk management, and operational performance.
  • Work with a collaborative team to leverage your acquisition knowledge and make a positive impact.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience with contract administration, negotiations, and proposal preparation.
  • Experience with multiple contract types, including fixed-price, time and material, cost reimbursable.
  • Experience in negotiating teaming and non-disclosure agreements with industry partners.
  • Experience with Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) terms and mitigation plans.
  • Experience in reviewing terms and conditions and statements of work for areas of risk and risk mitigation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of federal government contracting.
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency supplements.
  • Ability to establish and maintain client relationships with internal and external clients.
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Additional Qualifications
  • Ability to manage a robust contract portfolio of various size, scope, and complexity.
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possession of excellent analytical skills to solve problems and mitigate risks.
