Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Scheduling Manager to join our team at ComForCare Home Health Care - North Wake County. This role is responsible for managing daily client schedules, matching care needs with qualified staff (PCA/CNA) in accordance with state regulations and client care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Scheduling & Coordination: Manage daily client schedules, matching care needs with qualified staff (PCA/CNA) in accordance with state regulations and client care plans.
  • Staff Management: Participate in hiring, onboarding, and orienting new employees. Address disciplinary needs as required and support employee retention efforts.
  • On-Call Duties: Share 24/7 on-call responsibilities to provide support for client needs.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records in scheduling and information databases for both clients and staff, ensuring systems are kept current.
  • Supply Management: Coordinate and manage supplies for the organization as needed.
  • Compliance: Keep employee documentation and files up-to-date to meet regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in administrative or scheduling roles, ideally in home care, human resources, or customer service.
  • Skills:
    • Strong Organizational Skills: Prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent Communication Skills: Engage with clients, caregivers, and colleagues.
    • Computer Proficiency: Experience managing multiple tasks using computer software.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old with valid work authorization.
    • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $55,000 to $70,000 per year, based on experience. Our benefits package includes paid holidays, paid vacation time, financial benefits like 401K and profit sharing, and a Christmas bonus.
