Working Hours: Standard Business Hours with Potential Overtime

As a Heavy Machinery Technician, you will be tasked with the inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of various crane systems, including mobile cranes and boom trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of mobile hydraulic and lattice cranes.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to complete assigned tasks.
  • Conduct comprehensive and precise annual inspections.
  • Accurately document work reports, time sheets, and expense reports.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mechanical or technical role is required.
  • Experience with various mobile crane equipment, particularly Grove RT & TMS Cranes; Grove GMK European Cranes; Manitowoc EPIC and/or Traditional Cranes; National Boom Trucks is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret both electrical and hydraulic schematics.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for job assignments and training.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer/client interaction.
