Position Overview

Role Summary: As a partner at CRETE PA HOLDCO LLC, you will be instrumental in guiding the strategic direction of our esteemed accounting practice. Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Possession of a CPA license.
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in public accounting, with a strong background in senior-level roles.
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and driving business growth.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with experience in building and guiding high-performing teams.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, UltraTax, and Advance Flow is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and think critically.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Must pass a background check.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Partner with other leaders to formulate and implement the firm's strategic objectives, identifying avenues for growth and setting long-term aspirations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and sustain robust client relationships, addressing their specific needs and offering expert guidance to help them meet their financial goals.
  • Practice Development: Drive the expansion of the firm's clientele through networking, business development initiatives, and thought leadership.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor the firm's financial health by overseeing revenue streams, managing costs, and applying sound financial practices.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, promoting a culture of collaboration, growth, and outstanding client service.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about the latest accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure the firm operates within legal parameters.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest quality standards in all accounting services, conducting regular evaluations to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, protecting the firm's reputation and client trust.
  • Marketing and Representation: Act as a representative of the firm at industry events, enhancing visibility and reputation in the marketplace.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with partners across various departments to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients and promote cross-selling opportunities.
  • Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of industry trends, accounting practices, and technological advancements to drive innovation and efficiency within the firm.
