About the Role

As an e-Commerce Sales Associate at AutoNation, you will be the key to delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will interact with hundreds of customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide their vehicle purchase in our no-haggle sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to leads in a timely manner and answer customer inquiries
  • Provide information and help guide customers from phone and internet contact to an in-store experience
  • Negotiate terms to ensure payment options meet customers' lifestyles, budgets, and expectations
  • Closing deals and providing an exceptional customer experience before and after purchase
  • Following up to ensure customer satisfaction and helping transition customers to the Service department
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
