Job Overview

Hopes Promise Respite LLC is dedicated to providing exceptional support services for children aged 5-21 years.

We specialize in delivering Behavioral Services, Behavioral Assistance, and Licensed Intensive In-home Counseling (IIC) to families in New Jersey, in collaboration with Performcare, the designated Contracted System Administrator (CSA) for NJ's Children's System of Care (CSOC).

We are seeking applications for the following positions:

  • Behavioral Assistants - Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 21 years old, and have at least one year of relevant experience in a similar setting. Supervision will be provided by qualified clinical staff.
  • Intensive In-community Clinicians - We welcome licensed professionals in various fields, including Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Advanced Practice Nurses (Mental Health), Clinical Mental Health Counselors, Rehabilitation Counselors, Clinical Social Workers, Professional Counselors, and Marriage and Family Therapists.

Interested candidates should indicate their preferred counties for work and must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • On-call availability
  • Weekend shifts as needed

Qualifications:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
  • Clinical Social Worker License (Preferred)
  • High School Diploma
  • Bachelor's Degree

Work Environment: This position involves travel and working in various community settings.
