Eliot, a leading social service nonprofit in Massachusetts, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ACCS Behavioral Health Specialist I to join our team.

About the Role

As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will work closely with individuals to provide side-by-side interventions, focusing on problem-solving, skills training, and modeling positive behavior. You will also assist in the development of treatment plans and support individuals in their pursuit of recovery and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities
  • Provide interventions to individuals, focusing on problem-solving, skills training, and modeling positive behavior.
  • Assist in the development of treatment plans and support individuals in their pursuit of recovery and rehabilitation.
  • Support individuals in accessing community resources that promote healthy living.
  • Provide transportation assistance to individuals for daily activities, appointments, and work sites.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Ideal prior experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness

Schedule

Available to work 3-11p Sunday-Thursday, 3-11p Tuesday-Saturday, and 11-9a Thursday-Saturday.
