Position Overview: Under the supervision of the Director of Imaging Services and Radiologists, the Radiology and CT Technician is responsible for executing Radiology and CT examinations that do not necessitate continuous oversight. This role involves a diverse range of procedures that require independent decision-making, creativity, and initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct various imaging procedures while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Handle all post-processing tasks and prepare as well as administer contrast agents.
  • Perform fluoroscopic examinations and assist in specialized procedures as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold aseptic conditions.
  • Generate, access, and assess images and related data for medical diagnosis across all patient demographics, including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
  • Ensure a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Comply with all organizational policies, procedures, applicable laws, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

Applicants must possess an Associate's Degree, a minimum of six months of Radiologic Technology experience, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and current ARRT RT (R) certification. Washington State Licensure is required, with ARRT CT Certification preferred.

Union Position: This role is classified as a union position.

Safety-Sensitive Designation: This position is designated as safety-sensitive.

Compensation: Salary Range: $30.19 - $45.75
