Under the supervision of the Director of Imaging Services and Radiologists, the CT Technologist is responsible for executing Radiology and CT imaging procedures with a level of independence that does not necessitate constant oversight. This role involves a diverse range of tasks that require critical thinking, creativity, and proactive engagement.
The technologist will perform all necessary post-processing tasks, prepare and administer contrast agents, and conduct fluoroscopic examinations, as well as assist in specialized procedures when needed. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential to ensure sterile conditions.
The incumbent will be accountable for generating, retrieving, and assessing images and associated data utilized by healthcare providers to make medical diagnoses across various patient demographics, including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. A commitment to providing a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff is paramount.
Compliance with Trios Health policies, procedures, relevant regulations, and industry standards is required.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree
- Minimum of 6 months experience in Radiologic Technology
- Current BLS certification
- ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT)
- Valid Washington State Licensure
Note: This position is classified as safety-sensitive.
This is a Union Position.
Compensation: Salary Range: $30.19 - $45.75
