Credentialing Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Credentialing Coordinator to join our team at Randstad. As a Credentialing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the credentialing and recredentialing processes for medical staff and allied health professionals are compliant with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the credentialing and recredentialing processes for medical staff and allied health professionals, ensuring compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and Title 22 standards.
  • Assist in maintaining expirable documents and verifications, ensuring all credentialing files are up-to-date.
  • Provide general office support, including the preparation of agendas, minutes, and reports for Medical Staff meetings.
Requirements:
  • Credentialing experience
  • CPCS or CPMSM certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in MD-Staff and Virtual Committee
