Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Sprinkler System Technician to join our team at Everon. As a key member of our commercial fire protection team, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing fire sprinkler systems for commercial applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative and routine maintenance on existing sprinkler systems
  • Respond to emergency service calls and troubleshoot malfunctioning sprinkler systems
  • Replace or repair malfunctioning or inoperative equipment
  • Prepare accurate and timely documentation for work performed
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements
  • High school diploma or vocational training
  • At least one year of experience in fire sprinkler systems (wet, dry, deluge, and pre-action)
  • Understanding of NFPA and local codes (NFPA 13, 13(R), 13(D), 14, 20, 24)
  • Ability to obtain Backflow Test and Repair Certification
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug screening
Work Environment

This role requires working in various weather conditions, with exposure to electrical shock and harsh work environments. The employee must be able to stand, walk, sit, twist, use hands to handle, reach with hands and arms, push, pull, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk, and hear. The employee must also be able to lift, move, and hold up to approximately 50 lbs.

This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling and on-call availability. The employee must be able to travel on short notice and drive a motor vehicle for extended periods.
