Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair sprinkler system malfunctions, including wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and fire pump systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals to ensure accurate troubleshooting and repair
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of documented experience in the Fire Sprinkler industry, with a focus on service and repair
  • NICET Level II certification or willingness to obtain within a given timeline
  • OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within a given timeline
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and move equipment and tools weighing up to 70 pounds
