Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sprinkler Service Technician to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for performing service and repairs on sprinkler systems for commercial and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions on sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and fire pumps.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software, and operational product manuals.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, with a strong focus on organizational abilities, positive attitude, and adaptability.
  • Work independently, with the ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, and high-lift equipment up to 60 feet, and work in confined spaces.
  • Maintain a high level of physical fitness, with the ability to carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 70 lbs.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of documented experience in the Fire Sprinkler industry, with a focus on service and repair of sprinkler and suppression systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
