This role will involve working closely with our Digital Channels team to support various portfolios and workflows within the customer journey. You will be responsible for designing current and futuristic features of the customer journey, aligning with the sales and services funnels of the digital experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of delivering design work focused on B2C web and mobile services, platforms, and products. You will be expected to work in a hybrid model, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end product design solutions for customer-facing applications
  • Work closely with the Digital Channels team to support various portfolios and workflows
  • Design current and futuristic features of the customer journey
  • Align design work with the sales and services funnels of the digital experience
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product, UX Designer, or Service Designer in enterprise environments
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end UX design for consumer-facing products, platforms, or services
  • Strong documentation of the UX design process, including user research, usability testing, flow charts, journey mapping, prototypes, wireframing, mockups, sketches, product briefings, and product launch
  • Hands-on experience with Figma
  • Advanced knowledge of design thinking, working in a design system, user-centric approach to customer journeys, and design problem-solving
  • Experience with web and mobile application design, including iOS, Android, and web UI systems
  • Strong communication skills to work with stakeholders, present phases of the design lifecycle, and design ideas/solutions
  • Portfolio that showcases recent design work and the full design process

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Designing for e-commerce, sales, services, or account management flows
  • IoT products, AI/Innovation design, and designing for a design system
