About the Job:

Cross Country Allied is seeking a skilled Respiratory Care Specialist for a 13-week local contract position in Burlington, Vermont.

Job Summary:

This role provides professional respiratory care to patients with varying health needs. The ideal candidate must be able to respond quickly to emergencies and maintain physical stamina throughout their shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
  • Provide expert respiratory care services to patients of various ages and health conditions
  • Maintain proficiency in department-defined skills and competencies

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an AMA-approved program for Respiratory Care
  • Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in Vermont
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist by the NBRC within one year of hire date
  • Current ACLS, BLS & PALS certifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of post-clinical work experience

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
