Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Respiratory Specialist to join our team at Right Hire Consulting LLC.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a dedicated professional to provide expert respiratory care to adult ICU populations and patients requiring respiratory therapy in various units. The successful candidate will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care to adult ICU patients and those requiring respiratory therapy
  • Assess and plan patient care, implementing and evaluating treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain proficiencies in adult ICUs and general units, completing required training within one year of hire
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in respiratory therapy or related field
  • Current certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
  • Proven experience working in adult ICUs and general units
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Working Conditions:

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, responding quickly to emergencies and standing for extended periods. You will be required to work every other weekend and rotate holidays, with three shifts per week totaling 72 hours per pay period.
