Job Title: Respiratory Care Specialist

At Sourcecode Inc, we are seeking a skilled Respiratory Care Specialist to join our team. This position provides professional respiratory care to patients in various states of health and illness.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the plan of care for adult ICU populations and all patients requiring respiratory care in the general units, including adult, pediatric, and cystic fibrosis patients.
* Providing and overseeing delivery of patient care, responding quickly to emergent situations, and enduring repetitive physical movement.
* Remaining standing for the majority of the shift and serving patients over a wide variety of areas.
* Maintaining proficiencies as defined by department expectations in both adult ICUs and all general units.

Requirements:
* Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the state of Vermont.
* Graduate of an AMA-approved program for Respiratory Care (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
* Registered Respiratory Therapist by the NBRC within one year of hire date.
* Current ACLS, BLS & PALS certifications.

Benefits:
* Competitive salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year depending on experience.
* Sign-on bonus: $5,000 to $10,000 based on years of experience.
* Partial relocation assistance available.
* Flexible scheduling with three shifts a week and every other weekend rotation.
