Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Philanthropy Director to join our team at LifeBridge Health, a leading healthcare provider in Maryland. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with major donors, identifying opportunities for corporate giving, and developing strategies to achieve fundraising goals.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in philanthropy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior executives, clinicians, and community leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a portfolio of 150 major gift prospects
  • Solicit 25-30 gifts annually, closing five, six, and seven figure gifts
  • Makes 150-200 donor and prospect visits annually
  • Works in Raiser's Edge to capture prospect and donor information and activity

We offer a competitive salary of $62,900 - $105,070 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
