Job Title: Office Administration Part Time Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our work-from-home administration team as a part-time office administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our remote office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, and respond to them in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and send outgoing correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Attend virtual meetings and take detailed minutes to ensure accurate records.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of related experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
