Diesel Technician/Mechanic II

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician/Mechanic II to join our team at Penske. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on our fleet of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
- Diagnose and repair complex issues with engines, transmissions, and other vehicle systems.
- Work independently and as part of a team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with other technicians to share knowledge and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques through ongoing training and education.
- 3+ years of experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical certification preferred.
- ASE certification and 608/609 certifications a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
