Job Title: Field Diesel Mechanic

Equipment Experts Inc. is seeking a skilled Field Diesel Mechanic to join its team in Everett, WA.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Field Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and perform quality assurance of field repairs for our customers. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of universal system functions and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair diesel equipment, including heavy-duty trucks, forklifts, and heavy equipment.
  • Perform quality assurance of field repairs and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, service advisors, and lead technicians to ensure that all repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform accurate and complete inspections of equipment and document all repairs and maintenance.
  • Work safely and efficiently, with minimal supervision, to meet customer needs and expectations.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a production or fleet shop.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per day.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Working Conditions:

The Field Diesel Mechanic will work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be required to work safely and efficiently, with minimal supervision, to meet customer needs and expectations.
