Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Service Representative. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming check-in/check-out service to guests
  • Stay informed about hotel activities and events to offer personalized recommendations
  • Assist guests with information on hotel policies, amenities, and services
  • Contribute to achieving monthly brand standard goals in customer service, employee training, and brand recognition
Requirements
  • Previous hotel experience is highly desirable
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
  • Clean background check and reliable transportation required
  • Basic accounting and math skills, computer proficiency, and excellent customer service skills essential
