We're a boutique hotel that's all about creating a culture that reflects the diversity of our guests. We're looking for a Guest Service Agent who can bring their unique personality and style to our front desk.

What You'll Do
  • Provide exceptional service to our guests, from check-in to check-out.
  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and key control with ease.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments, including Reservations, Sales, and Housekeeping.
  • Work well under pressure, handling multiple arrivals and departures within a short period of time.
  • Be knowledgeable about our hotel systems and operations, and able to enter information accurately.
What You Bring
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer-facing role is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
