Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to support individuals with behavioral challenges.

This contract position is full-time for the full school year, offering a stable and secure work environment. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs).

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • A Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Experience working with children in an educational or clinical setting
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to various educational environments
