Job Summary

Sev1Tech is seeking an experienced Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) Tier II Infrastructure Administrator to support a 24x7x365 enterprise operations center.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring network dashboards, analyzing problems, troubleshooting escalated incidents, and coordinating and reporting all operational information concerning the enterprise infrastructure.

This role requires a strong understanding of LAN, WAN, security, systems, and other technologies, as well as the ability to train junior NOSC analysts and lead root cause analyses.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and at least 8 years of relevant experience, including routing/switching experience and vendor certifications.

Additionally, the candidate should have previous experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems and possess a Public Trust clearance or higher.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor network dashboards and analyze problems
  • Troubleshoot escalated incidents and coordinate restoration of service
  • Train junior NOSC analysts and lead root cause analyses
  • Assess and implement Change Requests as needed
  • Escalate unresolved incidents to Tier III or vendor support
Requirements
