About the Team and Our Collaborative Efforts
As an Account Manager, you will be tasked with delivering planning, operational, and optimization support for one of Kobie's pivotal accounts. Working alongside various departments, you will facilitate cohesive and strategic initiatives for the client, under the guidance of the Account Director.
Your Impact
- Support the loyalty program for Kobie clients, encompassing strategy formulation, campaign planning and management, and performance reporting/optimization.
- Conduct research, review, and analyze client, competitive, and industry data to prepare insightful thought leadership.
- Manage incoming client inquiries, collaborating with both client and internal teams to prioritize the execution of high-impact tasks.
- Coordinate with internal colleagues to monitor project progress against established timelines.
- Provide feedback on project estimates and timelines.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure deliverables meet quality and accuracy standards.
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, presentations, and other client communications.
- Oversee administrative aspects such as budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing.
Qualifications for Success
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience, ideally within the marketing or loyalty sector.
- A solid understanding of general marketing principles is essential; experience in email or digital marketing is advantageous.
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, and work proactively in a dynamic environment.
- Strategic and tactical marketing experience across various channels (email, mobile, social) based on customer journeys.
- Foundational knowledge of business questions related to data analysis and financial modeling.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently, exercising sound judgment and decision-making.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective presentation abilities.
- Proactive in contributing ideas and anticipating client/team needs.
- Results-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Technical proficiency – the ability to apply marketing and analytical concepts to technology for optimal results.
