Credentialing Specialist

Inception Fertility Corporate Services is seeking a highly organized and motivated Credentialing Specialist to assist with tasks and projects related to physician and practitioner credentialing and third-party payor contracting.
The ideal candidate will have experience with credentialing databases, third-party payor rules and regulations, and Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare, Inc (CAQH) procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely resolution and completion of payor enrollment to prevent loss of revenue.
- Prepare and audit paperwork for provider payor enrollment and re-enrollment.
- Document tasks in the departmental tracking system.
- Provide weekly status reports to management.
- Communicate with providers regarding required paperwork.
- Meet departmental productivity and quality standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 3+ years credentialing experience in a managed care or hospital setting highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with credentialing databases and CAQH procedures.
