Job Description

Inception Fertility Corporate Services is seeking a highly organized and motivated Credentialing Specialist to assist with tasks and projects related to physician and practitioner credentialing and third-party payor contracting.

The ideal candidate will have experience with credentialing databases, third-party payor rules and regulations, and Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare, Inc (CAQH) procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely resolution and completion of payor enrollment to prevent loss of revenue.
  • Prepare and audit paperwork for provider payor enrollment and re-enrollment.
  • Document tasks in the departmental tracking system.
  • Provide weekly status reports to management.
  • Communicate with providers regarding required paperwork.
  • Meet departmental productivity and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3+ years credentialing experience in a managed care or hospital setting highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with credentialing databases and CAQH procedures.
