Job Summary

The Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a highly skilled Credentialing Software Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our information systems team, you will be responsible for advancing the functionality and operational efficiency of assigned information systems and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Set priorities, understand business and clinical applications, answer technical questions, and perform all assigned tasks.
  • Applications Development: Use PC system development tools to develop and deploy queries, simple applications, moderately complex reports, and other business solutions.
  • Analysis/Design: Translate customer requests into software application solution specifications appropriate to assigned tasks.
  • Technical Administration: Maintain detailed technical knowledge of assigned applications.
  • Communications: Think, plan, lead, and act appropriately in tactical settings. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Problem Solving: Identify issues and concerns and communicate them to Team Lead and/or Manager as appropriate. Develop options and recommendations.
  • Application Support: Assist customers with optimizing their use of assigned applications and specific project-driven tasks.
  • Customer Service: Provide training, support, and problem resolution to customers.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or three (3) years of advanced credentialing software experience.
  • MSOW-C preferred.
