Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support and service to external customers and clients
  • Assist in the implementation of new customer accounts and service expansions
  • Support the development of Site Procedure Guides and share best practices throughout the geographical area
  • Perform daily visual inspections of site services and Client and customer compliance to safety
  • Escalate customer issues to ESM/AOM and support the resolution to completion
  • Communicate effectively and respond quickly to customer and end-user communication
Requirements
  • High school diploma plus 12 months of related work experience
  • Post High School education encouraged and preferred
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain positive, productive relationships with co-workers
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations, flexibility, high motivation, and sense of urgency
  • Basic math skills and judgment in making sound justifiable decisions
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a normal office/warehouse environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level. Some physical effort may be required, including long periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, climbing, or similar activities.
