Job Summary

Hunter International Recruiting is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, coordinating equipment maintenance, and communicating with vendors.
  • Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries, and directing queries to the relevant teams.
  • Record Management: Ensure the secure management of records and files, both electronically and physically, in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel logistics for employees, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Event Planning: Support in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, managing logistics and resources.
  • Financial Support: Assist with basic financial duties, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cash handling.
  • HR Support: Facilitate new employee onboarding, maintain personnel records, and contribute to HR projects.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in ad hoc projects assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
Requirements
  • Education: Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in an administrative capacity, ideally within an office setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively, excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with professionalism and courtesy, keen attention to detail, and adaptability and flexibility in managing shifting priorities and deadlines.
