- Administer morning care routines, which may encompass bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, and general tidiness of the patient’s environment.
- Facilitate evening care that includes personal hygiene, comfort measures, and ensuring a clean and organized space for patients.
- Assist in meal preparation and service, ensuring patients receive proper nutrition and support during dining.
- Respond to patient requests promptly, anticipating their needs and conducting regular check-ins with assigned patients.
- Support patients in managing their personal belongings, including assistive devices and personal care items.
- Document and report any notable changes in patient conditions or behaviors, as well as any unusual occurrences.
- Collaborate with licensed nursing personnel in executing treatment plans and procedures.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisory staff.
- Current CPR/BCLS Certification is required.
- Preferred: At least six months of experience in a healthcare setting, either acute or long-term.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
