  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, with frequent travel to properties and external meetings.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time, with occasional bending and stooping.

Internal and External Contacts:

  • Regularly interfaces with tenant contacts, leasing, construction, development, and financial teams, as well as external vendors, consultants, and partners.

Reporting Structure:

This position reports to the Marketing Director, who provides supervision, guidance, and evaluates work performance on a periodic basis.

Salary Range:

$100,230 - $153,300. Boston Properties, Inc. offers a competitive total rewards package, including base salary and annual discretionary bonus.
