Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist - Telecom Provisioning to join our team. As a telecom support professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support for telecommunications requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter service request details into Proprietary Application to initiate telecommunications requests
  • Perform customer interaction with exceptional service before and after entry
  • Engage with customers to provide assistance if service requests are incomplete or requirements are unclear

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of IT experience, preferably within telecom provisioning
  • Must have an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one. US Citizenship is required

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Associate's degree Preferred
