Sales Channel Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Channel Manager to join our team at United Merchant Services in Hackensack, NJ.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position responsible for developing and managing channel business to maximize sales. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of marketing and sales experience and be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint).
Responsibilities- Identify and Onboard Partners: Recruit and onboard new channel partners within assigned territory or market.
- Manage Partner Sales Activities: Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
- Market Analysis and Planning: Analyze market trends and develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
- Performance Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate partner sales performance and find solutions to increase sales.
- Self-Motivation and Initiative: Take initiative and work with minimal direction with ability to multi-task.
- Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
