Job Title: Cook I

Palmetto Bluff Investments LLC is seeking a highly skilled Cook I to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
  • Work effectively with management, chefs, and service staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies.
  • Participate in food cost control and waste reduction initiatives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years of cooking experience, preferably in an upscale or fine dining setting.
  • Culinary degree from an accredited program a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Most work tasks are performed indoors in a controlled environment.
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures and physically handle kitchen equipment and supplies.
