Job Description

Grubb Properties is seeking a Residential Facilities Manager to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of residential facilities. This role ensures a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heat pump, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry, with at least two to five years of experience in this field. Possession of an HVAC certification and willingness to obtain a Certified Pool Operator license are also required.

This position offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including free medical insurance, dental, vision, flexible spending plans, personal legal plans, and credit union plans available.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the upkeep and maintenance of residential facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Ensure that all work orders are completed within a 24-hour time frame and that residents are provided with a clean, safe, and well-maintained community.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that all tools and equipment are kept in good working condition.
  • Report any hazardous, emergency, or unusual situations that could possibly be a violation of company policy.
