Childcare Program Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Childcare Program Specialist to join our team at Children of America. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day activities of our childcare program.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing classroom management, implementing age-appropriate educational programs, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Responsibilities- Oversee classroom management and supervise childcare staff
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on a regular basis
- Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards
- Organize and manage activities and events such as field trips and parent conferences
- CDA working towards AA degree in related field
- Maintains state in-service training requirements
- Work Experience: Has previous work experience in childcare with management experience preferred

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year depending on experience. All job offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and the submission of the required state documents.
