Position Summary: We are currently seeking a 2nd Shift Logistics Operations Supervisor to oversee our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of our supply chain processes within a fast-paced, customer-oriented manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team focused on shipping, receiving, and inventory control to guarantee the availability of production materials and timely dispatch of customer orders.
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including on-time delivery rates, inventory turnover, and management of past-due accounts.
  • Supervise warehouse operations, ensuring efficient line-side replenishment and effective shipping and receiving processes.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 2-5 years of supervisory experience in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, or Inventory Control within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Strong understanding of lean inventory practices, including kanban, just-in-time (JIT) systems, and Materials Requirements Planning (MRP), with familiarity in ERP and WMS systems (Oracle or SAP preferred).
  • Exceptional analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a strong potential for career advancement within the organization.

Additional Information:

  • Willingness to work consistently in a warehouse environment during second-shift hours.
