Outpatient Internal Medicine Specialist

Position Overview:
- Join a well-established outpatient practice in a collaborative environment.
- Our team comprises three physicians and two Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) when fully staffed.
- Enjoy a standard 4-day work week with an outpatient-only focus.
- Participate in a nurse triaged call rotation of 1:6.
- Access to on-site facilities including lab, X-ray, CT scan, MRI, and integrated behavioral health services.
- Work within a multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for patient support.
- Utilize EPIC Electronic Medical Record for efficient patient management.
- Clinic hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Compensation and Benefits:
- First-year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, transitioning to RVU production in the second year.
- Salary range between $281,468 and $304,290, based on qualifications and experience.
- 1-year physician partnership track available for U.S. candidates.
- Leadership opportunities at all organizational levels.
- Signing bonus and 6 weeks of paid time off (PTO).
- 401k matching, life insurance, and long-term disability insurance included.
- Internal student loan repayment assistance of up to $125,000.
- Relocation expenses covered, including packing costs, up to $20,000.
