Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate and individualized care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment
  • Float to various clinics during and after training, with a flexible schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is a plus, but not required
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus, but not required
