About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis services. As a Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and individualized care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment
- Float to various clinics during and after training, with a flexible schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is a plus, but not required
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus, but not required
