Job Overview

Position Title: Healthcare Provider Liaison

Location: Onsite in Morristown, NJ

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Compensation: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour

Payment Schedule: Bi-Weekly

Employment Type: Full-Time

Employee Benefits: Comprehensive Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Short-Term Disability after 90 days of employment.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Guide new healthcare providers through the onboarding process, executing various credentialing, privileging, and employment onboarding tasks while serving as the primary contact between providers and organizational leaders.
  • Act as a bridge between Medical Staff Services and organizational stakeholders to ensure that process completion timelines are in line with targeted start dates.
  • Support the management and upkeep of a thorough and specialized credentialing program to maintain ongoing accreditation by The Joint Commission (TJC) and other regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in onboarding healthcare providers is required.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
